Boston Teachers Union School

Today I was inspired by the teachers at Boston Teachers Union School, a public school where teachers share leadership and there is no principle in charge. I was there co-facilitating a Closing the Gap taster session which a focussed on School Culture and Educational Equity.
Participants shared stories about power dynamics between teachers and the challenges of addressing issues of racism in the schools.
